  1. While the specs are decent- not great, but decent- it's overpriced. Building it yourself would save you around $100. But if you have $900 to spend than get an i5 and R9 280.
  2. It will be a good performer, but I have found another offer here and it comes with a free 32" TV (LG or Samsung you can customize it) http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-alpha/pd?oc=dksoa03&model_id=alienware-alpha#secondaryContent
  3. I would go for a custom build,

The RAM and GPU are decent but the CPU could be upgraded :)

alienware alpha doesn't have too many inputs. plus i already have my own monitor
  5. i got alit bit money here so I'm going to upgrade the processor from i3 into i5. i have another question, is 6gb of RAM is enough for gaming?
  6. 6gb is enough but if can make it 8gb then it will be perfect for you
