Unable to print through Chrome

When I try to print through chrome if says that the selected printer or that is is not installed correctly. When I try to print with system dialog it just gets stuck on a spinning circle and I have to force close out of it. I have the HP officejet pro 8610.

When you click to print, the screen that pops up should say destination in the top left corner of the screen. Does the destination state it is your HP officejet pro 8610? If not what does it say?

Same issue I can print using the System's Default Print Dialog

But I get the error mentioned every time I try to print with the chrome menu or COMMAND + P

Will we have to wait until enough people have a problem for google to care...
