I already got my first ever build system unit and it's my first time so I'm sorry if it's not good enough or compatible to each other.

CPU: AMD FX 8350 (4.0GHZ)
MoBo: MSI 970 GAMING AM3+
GPU: ASUS STRIX GAMING GTX950 2GB
DC2 OC 128BIT
RAM: KINGSTON 8GB HYPERX FURY
PSU: AEROCOOL STRIKE-X 800WATTS
80+ SILVER MODULAR
HDD: 1x SEAGATE SATA 4TB

What do you think guys? Sorry for the bad build though, it's my first time.

You don't need a 800 W PSU.
A quality 500W Power Supply will be plenty for you.

SeaSonic S12II 520 - 54.99$

The others look fine for me.

Don't listen to them, they don't know what are they talking about. If you plan on gaming this is a shit card. Try getting 970 or 380x. If not try at least getting 960. This card is shit. Or buy 2nd hand 290x or 280x.

Why do I need a lower watts of PSU? I'm going to upgrade and add a fan though 'cause my case is Aerocool Strike X One. Is my videocard not good enough or average to games like CS:GO and CoDs?

Low quality PSU's doesn't output the wattage as advertised, that's why it's better to go for a quality PSU.
Anyways , you should be fine with that Power Supply for now.
