Ok so try this first:

After that if you still have an issue, are you using onboard graphics or an external GPU?
I tried both manually setting the value to the highest (8192) and also unticking the box and trying but neither worked.
Using asus strix gefroce gtx 960
always try to leave that box unchecked.
Ok so what you want to do is first check to see if you have the newest BIOS for your board, if not, go ahead and update. Then go into the BIOS and look for the onboard graphics under settings, make sure to disable anything related to it. Specifically there should be something about sharing memory with IGP.
