always try to leave that box unchecked.
Ok so what you want to do is first check to see if you have the newest BIOS for your board, if not, go ahead and update. Then go into the BIOS and look for the onboard graphics under settings, make sure to disable anything related to it. Specifically there should be something about sharing memory with IGP.

Have you tried to remove the Ram and install it again or have you tried different socket, also there might be a driver issue or a missing software I have used these two drivers software in many cases and they did come in handy especially driver identifier https://www.driveridentifier.com/ , https://www.slimwareutilities.com/slimdrivers.php , if all else fails try to do a memtest http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memtest86-test-ram.html , hope this helps mate
