Good day,

Im having a problem lately, im in a hurry here. I have to re install win xp in a Acer Aspire One ZG5. And i create the bootable usb, everything is fine till i have to install the OS in the hdd. The usb is marked as C: and not to D: and i cant change that. I dont know how. So the the OS wont install to hdd and keep telling me that the hdd is corrupted, in this case the usb because is too small for the OS. Please help.

The corrupted hard drive has no drive letter(s) because all the partitions have gone, which means that drive letter C is available for another drive. Hence it has been assigned to the pen drive instead.

Fix the existing hard drive (ie partition it again) or replace it with a new hard drive if existing one won't format.
