Adapter to use thumb drive in Compact Flash (type II) slot?

Does anyone make an adapter to allow me to use a USB thumb drive in a Compact Flash type II slot (for example, on a digital SLR camera). I'm aware of SD, etc adapters for CF, but I'm specifically looking for a solution allowing me to use USB. Thanks!

Never heard of one. I can't find one anywhere either.

Never seen/heard of this kind of adapter. Doubt they make it because you would have a usb port protruding out and would make it very easy to break the adapter. Even the weight of a full size usb drive would probably be enough to cause damage.
