i5 3350p good enough for a streaming pc ?

So i was planning to build a Streaming pc and I don't want to spend to much money for it. I have my old gaming pc laying around with an i5 3350p in it and an asus p8b75-m lx mobo but I dont think the mobo is important for streaming so anyways if I would take that old pc and add RAM and Storage (cos i took them out for my new gaming pc) would the i5 3350p be good enough for just streaming ??

RAM : Kingston 8GB DDR3 1333 MHz

GPU : Gigabyte GTX 770 OC Windforce x3 (might upgrade to 970 soon)

OS : Win 10 Pro (64bit)

Stream PC:
CPU : Intel Core i5 3350p (3.1 GHz)
CPU FAN : CM Hyper 212 Evo
MOBO : Asus P8b75-M LX
RAM : 8GB RAM
SSD : some SSD
HDD : some HDD
GPU : -
PSU : FSP HEXA 500w
CASE : Xigamtek Asgard 3812
OS : some windows OS

Your system is more than good enough for streaming unless you plan on having dozens of people pulling from it at one time.

Only for streaming videos , that build will be plenty.

intel Core i5 3350p doesnt include intergrated graphics processor(igp) therefore you will be needed to use a dedicated gpu. as for its performance, it will be ok.

well its only for streaming..I have a gtx 550 ti and a gtx 650 laying around but i can also put my gtx 770 in it cos i might upgrade to a gtx 970

Yes 8 GB's will be enough.
You don't need a powerful GPU in that build because you're not gonna use it.

Yes you need... as said above I5 3350p does not have an integrated graphics card, so you need a dedicated GPU.

What if I built myself a streaming pc from scratch but using the fx8350 ?? is the fx 8350 also good for only streaming and does it hav e a igp ??

The FX-8350 processor doesn't have integrated graphics, unfortunately.
Just stick with the I5-3350p and buy an used (second hand) cheap graphics card.

Then use one of them , there will be no difference between fx 8350 and i5 3350p , on streaming.
You will spend money for nothing, practically.
