video card issue

hello! i have 2 video cards gtx970 and gtx 560ti and i want to connect them both... its that an issue? do i need any special cables or do i need 2 monitors? i have just one and i don't need 2

You cannot connect these graphics cards together. Nvidia only allows you to connect graphics cards together that are essentially the same. So you can connect a GTX 560 Ti to a GTX 560 Ti, or a GTX 970 to a GTX 970, but you can't connect them to any other cards.
