I have a PC thats below minimum specs for a game, in RAM, the CPU, and the Graphics Cars, what specifically is going to happen if I try to run the game?

It depends really, some games will just tell you it can't run. others will crash when you try to play and then others will just give you a horrible FPS making it completely unplayable.
