cpu called a bugcheck because of something internal to the CPU. Most often because of a cache memory error.
I would need access to the actual memory .dmp file to determine the cause.
you can put the binary from c:\windows\minidump on a server, mark it for public access and post a link.

basically the main problem is why did the CPU reset.
I would check the connectors from the power supply to the GPU and make sure the power supply is correctly related.

the second problem with the bugcheck is really not very important. If you had a better PSU, it would prevent the CPU from restarting before the power is stable and you would not get this bugcheck. IE fix the first problem and the second problem should go away.
if you had a better psu but not of the correct wattage, you would get a black screen rather than the bugcheck.
---------
bugcheck indicated that the cpu called the bugcheck because of a cache error.
the system was up for 7 seconds, this generally indicates the CPU was reset because of a power problem.
This is very common if your graphics card pulls too much power from the PCI/e bus. This occurs when the power supply is under rated, or the GPU does not have all of its power connectors connected.
Error Type : Cache error
Operation : Data Read
Error : DCACHEL1_DRD_ERR (Proc 7 Bank 0)

And, you have a power supply that does not send a proper power_ok signal.
