Should I take off my aftermarket cooler and put on my stock cpu cooler?

Reason why I say this, is because of my case. I have a Corsair 200R and I heard that the case does not have good airflow. I purchased the Hyper 212 aftermarket cooler just to get better temps for my cpu, and for how large the cooler is, I cannot attach the top side panel fan.

So my question is, is it worth it to put the stock cpu cooler back on so I can install another fan on the side?

I already have 3 intake and 3 exhaust, but if I add the side panel fan it would be 4 intake and 3 exhaust.

Here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8bqLRB

First off, I don't even know why you bothered buying a 212 EVO with the low-power and lower-frequency and very cool I5-4460. With stock fans that thing shouldn't go over 60. The 212 EVO will cool the CPU better, so it won't hurt to have it on, though it is unnecessary. 3 intake and 3 exhaust is fine, but if you want more positive airflow a fourth fan can help, but is unnecessary with your build. Side fans are not too common anyway, I think you're going overboard on the fans.

My pc is a machine not a beauty contestant. Having access to the innerds I can blow it out every other day. cleaning my pc takes a few seconds every other day or so, I no longer have to make a big todo about cleaning my machine, and it stays clean.
