USB Devices Stay On After Shutdown? MSI 990fxa Gaming

Like the title says. I enabled EUP feature in the BIOS power management section and still the same. The only wake up option i found said BIOS dependedable or OS but nothing sbout USBs. Helllpp!

That's normally the way they are designed. They use the 5v standby to charge stuff etc.

But lights are very annoying. I have a gaming KB and mouse plus headset. I want to disable that.

Fair enough. If there isn't anything in the BIOS to shut it down do the drivers for your KB/mouse let you adjust the led's? otherwise there is always electrical tape

I searched. Maybe there is. MSI boards has huge lists of settings. Under advanced and power management dint found nothing.
