NerdyComputerGuy Distinguished Nov 19, 2013 1,446 9 19,965 Oct 9, 2015 #2 Morning, Try this resolution, Follow the instructions and post back results. 1) Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories 2) Right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator. 3) Type netsh winsock reset in command prompt and hit ENTER button. 4) Restart the computer in order to complete the reset, after that test to access your network or Internet again.
