XFX Double D Radeon R9 280 3GB 384-Bit or XFX Radeon R9 380 2GB 256-Bit

I was thinking of getting the r9 280 originally but saw the r9 380 just recently and wanted to know which of these two cards is really better. I know the 380 is 2gb and 256-bit but does that really mean its the worse of the two cards? I would like to know to see if I can save money without sacrificing performance

What about a SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R7 370 4GB 256-Bit is it just as good? I saw that card a while back and didn't think it was worth it but since I'm asking about cards I might as well ask about this one too.
