I'm trying to get at the minimum requirements for Fallout 4. I'm pretty sure I'm good except for the CPU and GPU, but am having trouble finding a CPU compatible with my MB, and a cost-effective GPU. Could someone help me out?

Specs:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/H3pPpg

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445
GPU: Radeon HD 5670 512MB
RAM: Team Xtreem Dark 2x4GB DDR3
PSU: Cooler Master rs-500-pcar-a3 500 Watt
MB: ASRock M3A770DE AM3
HD: Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB SATA/300 7200RPM 16MB
OS: 64-bit Windows 10

Fallout 4 minimum requirements:
Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
8 GB RAM
30 GB free HDD space
NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent

Thanks for the help

Best bet would be to look for a quad core cpu and a better video card. Not sure what your budget is. If going to the trouble and expense to upgrade, I think you'd be better off actually upgrading. Meaning a new motherboard/cpu, there aren't any new cpu's for that motherboard and more money invested in old tech isn't going to get you very far.

Yeah I might have to upgrade my case, and I'll probably just go with the AMD Phenom II X4 945 for the CPU. My main dilemma is the GPU, like what's the cheapest one I could get to clock up to the Radeon HD 7870 2GB? I'd get that one but it appears to be unavailable.

The 7870 isn't available new many places because it's an old card. If looking for older/outdated parts to try and meet the min requirements then someplace like ebay might be a good option for used hardware. The 7870 came out in 2012 and it wasn't all that cheap. You can get a newer mid range card like the 750ti or gtx 960 for less with the same or better performance.
