I want to know if this is a good enough rig for playing games like GTA 5 and bf4 at 40-50 fps with at least medium to high settings.

I'm mainly concerned about the mobo and don't know if it will cause me any problems in the future because of its old age.

Your also in that price range where used stuff might be a good option.
There is a glut of used server and workstation socket 1366 stuff.

*A bit more research is needed to make sure that cpu will work..

The Xenon X5667 is Westmere and the dual core it is replacing is Nehalem.
