Previously my system configuration was low-mid range and ran all new games with decent frame rate of 30-40fps. After upgrading my whole system i see a frame rate of 2-6fps.
please help why its happening.

Old configuration
Processor: intel core2duo 2.8ghz
Motherboard: intel e7400
Ram: 2.5GB ddr2
GPU: Zotac Nvidia gts 450 1Gb
Smps: Zebronics 450w
HDD: 1TB wd blue

New configuration
Processor: AMD fx 4300
Motherboard: GA78lmt usb3
Ram: GSkill 4GB 1600mhz
GPU: Zotac Nvidia gts 450 1Gb
Smps: Zebronics 450w
HDD: 1TB wd blue

Solution
The problem was my Graphic card..
Thermal paste between gpu & heatsink was removed by me, the temperature was 100'c so to decrease temp it down clocked itself and directly performance was degraded.
After i applied thermal paste it is running very smooth. and saw a dramatic change in FPS.
And i bought Antec VP500pc PSU, which is very good one.

In old specs i used windows 8 X64

now i reinstalled windows 10 X64

temperatures are like
normal CPU=15c-18c
on load CPU=45c-60c

normal GPU= 70c
on load GPU= 100c

drivers of all are up to date like motherboard, Gpu, Bios.

what else might be the problem..... is it SMPS that is making this inconvenience?

awaiting for answer.

Sorry for little late because i have to download 3dmark 1.5gb
My score with 3dmark firestrike
http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/8852898

and one more thing what i noticed is
while playing "Shadow of mordor" resolution:1360*768, in both graphics settings lowest or ultra high it gives 6-9 fps.
i pressed alt+tab to minimize it
and again when i get back to game it goes to 25-35fps and for few seconds, after that again the same 6-9fps.

I tried down clocking cpu but the score was even worst...

I dont have any specific cooler but i do have 2 fans on the wall of CPU, my mobo is already equipped with heatsinks on every VRM.

I don't think so, VRM is not overheated they are at their normal temparature..

i have only 4pin atx12v rail

I am going to buy a Corsair VS 550 SMPS. will it solve the problem?
