yes if available ? I don't know about much G-Sync but heard many times from games .what kind of technology it is ?

Instead of having vsync adapt your gpu refreshrate match to the monitor refresh rate, with gysnc the monitor adapts to your gpu-refreshrate so if your gpu only outputs 60 fps, it "switches" to 60 hz but if you have for example 144 fps your monitor is a 144 hz one
