which ram should i choose?????

Hello friends.i have ddr3 ram of 1600mhz.
CAS latency:11-11-11-28.
I want to add another 4gb to my empty slot.I am stuck between these two below.
1. G-skill (ddr3,1600mhz, 11-11-11-28)
2.crosair value select (ddr3, 1600mhz, 11-11-11-30)
please help,

1.windows 10(64 bit os)
2.processor: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz

yes i hv checked everything.i am using a notebook so SO-Dimm = 204 pin is fine for me.
Can u please tell me hw to check the ram voltage compatible with my system.

now my present ram is running at 1,35 volts as per cpuz. So ,now can i go for the gskill ram???
