Hi guys! You must have seen this kind of thread several times before and I need your expert opinion about it. I'm currently looking for an aftermarket Air CPU Cooler. So far, I've narrowed it down to 4.
1. CM Hyper 212x - Brand new and the price is PHP 1,900 ($41.52 USD)http://
2. CM Hyper T4 - Brand new and the price is PHP 1,500 ($32.78 USD)http://
3. Deepcool Neptwin - Second hand/Pre loved and the price is PHP 1,500 ($32.78 USD)http://
4. Deepcool Ice Blade Pro V2.0 - Second hand/Pre loved and the price is PHP 1,000 ($21.85 USD) but I can also get it at a brand new price similar to the T4 and Neptwin.http://
Listed below are other factors that might or might not impact my final decision as to which cooler to purchase:
1. Processor - AMD A10-7870k 3.9GHz FM2+ Socket
2. Motherboard - GA-F2A88X-HD3http://
3. Memory - Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB 1866MHz DDR3 CL10
4. Case - Fractal Design Define Minihttp://
Other things to remember:
- If I purchase a second hand/pre loved cooler, I also need to buy a nice thermal paste which could be anywhere around PHP 200 to PHP 250 ($4.37 to $5.47 USD)
- I would love to mount the cooler horizontally since my exhaust is on top and not at the back.
