Best 50$ Cpu Cooler!?

I have a phanteks entho luxe case and have an i7-4790k cpu! I hope to upgrade it later on but I really need a cpu cooler that is great for only 50$ USD! I also hope to over clock so please help me! Not a fan of the hyper 12 evo or whatever just saying but if it is actually good then I guess I can get it

Yep, at a $50 price range I would personally recommend the Hyper 212 EVO. It is a great heatsink for a very good price.

I have two of these and they're great. Much better (quieter, cooling performance) than any 120mm HSF like the 212 Evo. I'm using them on an i5-4690k and a Pentium G3258 both overclocked to 4.5 Ghz and they run very cool. Fairly easy to install as well. Only caveat is the height - make sure your case is wide enough to accommodate it.

The 212 evo is very highly reviewed, but the CRYORIG h7 benches even better than the 212 evo and is only slightly more expensive (and I think it is a little bit smaller too)
