Take into consideration the:

- Features
- Backlighting
- # of macros
- THE NOISE (I'm used to chicklets. That can give you a sense. I record daily with a condenser microphone. The samson meteor mic.
- Ease of use in the software
- Everyday typing
- FPS, light mmo, sandbox, platform gaming

Don't consider the:

- Price (The price of THE TWO KEYBOARDS IN THIS THREAD. Consider price if you want to add options
- Size
- Tactile bump (wotever the freak-a-da-frack that is. I come from the land of rubber domes ( ͡ᵔ ͜ʖ ͡ᵔ )
- The Anti ghosting (because they both have OVER 100 keys anti ghosting, and I'm pretty sure I don't have that many fingers... or hands...)
- The size of the space bar (looking at you Steelseries)

Solution
You list what to take into consideration but don't say what is important. Do you want more macros or less? If more the K95 has way more. Feature wise I would also say the K95 has more. I also am assuming you are looking at the K95 RGB which I have one and love it.

Any mechanical keyboard will have noise. Some are louder than others. The K95 is ot bad but it is by no means silent nor would the Steelseries be.

The Corsair software is hard to use at first but easy once you follow a few tutorials.

I currently use my old K90 for my work keyboard (I can't use wireless dome crapboards) and I have no issues using it to type.

I use my K95 to game and it is pretty much a gaming keyboard. Fast response and a good feel.
