hey guys brand new pc builder here recently got a new build I been working on but the problem I am having is getting the computer to accept the ram I have a patriot viper 16gb 2x8gb ddr3 pc3-15000 1866mhz ram would this be compatible? because everytime I turn on the pc the lights blink red on cpu and ram. my processor is i7 4790k intel

i have to turn it on by pressing the button in the motherboard, but sometimes I struggle to turn it on because it won't turn on and when it does the cpu + graphics card light stay red but everything works fine.
