Update BIOS for a M5A97 R2.0?

I'm looking to overclock the CPU for the first time but i figured i'd update the motherboard's BIOS beforehand as i read it might help reach better results

Can someone guide me through it? I've downloaded the latest and i have a flash drive for the bios utility update but i'm not 100% sure on the details so i figured i'd ask.

Format the drive as FAT32, unzip the downloaded file and save it on the drive. Connect the drive, start the PC, access the BIOS, go to EZ Flash and follow the instructions. Don't stop the flashing process until finished.
Take into account the warnings in the previous post.
