Will this PSU work on GTX970/i54690 build?

I have this PSU on my desktop for 5 years now, never had a single problem or overheat problems but I assume that won't work with my new build.

My current build is Core 2 Quad Q9550 / GTX 260. Here is my PSU:

NOX Fonte ATX Urano 700W 14cm SLI PFC Activo

Specs:

ATX 12 Volts
700 Watts

+3.3V - 24A
+5 - 30A
+12V1 - 18A
+12V2 - 18A
+12V3 - 18A
+12V4 - 20A

1x MotherBoard 20+4pin
4x SATA
2x PCI Express 6pin

No name brand, was good enough for a system that definitely didn't push it much, but I would not do a new system on it, especially with a GTX 970 that will push it hard. Replace it.
