This is not the place to look for pre-built advice as most everyone here builds there own because it is cheaper, easier to maintain over long periods of time, and more customizable.
The reason I am sure you will not ruin your hardware is because I did this when I was 12. I had no electronic experience and just watched videos on how to put this stuff together. It has only got easier since to build computers and there are way more videos on how to do it that are better than what I saw. There is so much ESP (electro static protection) on current hardware that unless you are dancing on carpet in your socks, you will not ruin your hardware by touching it. If you want to do pre-built go ahead. Just know, you are lining someone else's pockets for something you can do yourself safely and for cheap.
