So my computer gets really loud whenever I play basically any game on my PC.. I'm really considered if there's something wrong with it or is it just loud?

Here are my parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CPBgjX

Also my computer is a new build so there isn't any dust and the CPU came with thermal paste already on it.

I'd say it's just how it is. You've got an AMD gpu+cpu which are known to use more power and run pretty warm. Ive used that case before as well, and it doesn't do a great job at masking any noise at all. Are you using stock fan's + cpu cooler. A new cpu cooler would likely help tremendously if you're using the stock AMD.

The fans on the processor and GPU are both temperature controlled. When you run a game that pushes the hardware the fans will spin up, and as they get closer to their max speed they get exponentially louder.

If you add a few more case fans (if there is room) you can mitigate this somewhat, as there will be more cool air in the case and more hot air being flushed out, so the fans won't have to spin as much to keep things cool.

But nothing is broken this is normal.
