I'm going to build my first build soon (This month). I want a i7 4790k because im going to do editing, rendering etc, but its going to go over my budget. So i was going for the i5 4690k. Will it do the same Performance.? I know it will lack . Is there another CPU a little BIT more expensive that does better Performance? Please don't hate lol. Im starting to get more into PC. Please and thanks XD

Here's my build

The Xeon is a good choice, because it has hyperthreading like the i7, but doesn't have an iGPU which isn't a factor, since you have a dedicated GPU anyway. Dropped the motherboard chipset to a H97 and the cooler altogether because the Xeon can't overclock.

I'd change the CX600M to the power supply I suggested, it's far more stable. Otherwise yeah, looks good to me. The stock 1231v3 fan should suffice, really the only reason to add a aftermarket fan is if you're the type who hates any additional noise.
