Should I change my motherboard or my processor and the motherboard?

Hey, This is my rig

CPU: i7 2600
GPU: MSI R9 380 4G
Motherboard: DH67CL
PSU: Cooler Master G650M
RAM: 4x2GB DDR3
Storage: 1TB WD Green and one 500GB WD Blue
System: Windows 7 Pro SP1

But theres some problem with my DH67CL motherboard, and i wanna change it to this

The Asrock Z75 Pro3

But i realised that my CPU is quite old, so im wondering should i save some more money to get a i5 4690k and a random z97?

Help me Pls, Thanks!

i would go for the new skylake series, like the i5 6600k and a z170 motherboard, therefore you are up to date.
also the prices are not much more(if anything(i have seen in some places the, 6600k been cheaper than the 4690k))

z67?I thought the i7 2600 is compatible with the z77 motherboard.
