Can someone please help me.
I have been trying to update my AMD driver, everything install correctly but the version stay the same, or even goes down. I even uninstall the whole AMD catalyst package, but and manually download the newest version 15.7 driver. After installing the version goes back to 13.2... I don't know what's going on...

You need to scroll down a bit for the download links.
Extract and run it, it will ask you to boot into safe mode, once there it should auto run again and then you can use the clean and restart the pc option.
After this i would disconnect from the net, unplug your network cable or disable wireless so windows doesn't auto download and install drivers.
Now you should be right to install the 15.7 drivers you downloaded, restart and reconnect to the net.
You should be good to go now.

Hello i followed your instruction...however my screen resolution is weird now..even though i installed the 15.7 version. 1 more question my windows is 8 but the update is for windows 8.1 is that okay?... AMD catalyst doesnt have windows 8 option

I think AMD stopped supporting Win8, which is why your resolution is now weird, the graphics card driver probably didn't install and which is why it kept saying 13.2 before.
You are either going to have to update to win 8.1 or keep using the older drivers that support win8.
