Questions before I turn on my first custom PC

My first Cyberpower PC, and the company will definitely be recommended highly. However, I do have four concerns before I wake up this great beast :) Please forgive my newbie/first-time custom buyer worries, and thanks for helping people like me.

I can send pictures through email, if needed.

1...My order was for Dual Thermaltake Riing 12 Series High Static Pressure 120mm Case/Radiator Fans, and all Push-Pull, for all. But I found only 1 is dual (for Asetek 500LC cooler), the rest are single TT, and front has two 140mm Corsair. Is this due to dual TT not compatible with my build's Carbide Air 540?

2...Is it normal to have white paste and black (possibly burnt) coils grouped within the copper coils of EVGA 850W Supernova 80Plus Gold GS Power Supply?

3...I can't find Windows 10 Pro digital license key on the case, or is it only on the cd?

4...There is the sound of loose plastic between the front's outer and inner walls (below the power and usb buttons), is this something I should get out or okay to keep in?

5...Why only one fan have anti-vibration fan mounts?

That's why I take advice to heart on this forum, fast replies. Here are the pictures of the build.

How much did you pay for this, in what currency?

As we do not know what currency this is in..."2,275" is an unknown amount.

In the last six months I've had two CyberpowerPC and one iBuypowerPC units brought to me that had not even been run yet since they wouldn't run. On one of them, an unsupported processor was installed in an older motherboard. It would not POST. It did not have a new enough BIOS to support the Piledriver CPU on that board revision. I used an older processor, upgraded the BIOS, system was fine for two weeks at which point the motherboard failed. CyberpowerPC would not accept the unit back because the BIOS had been flashed. We had to buy another motherboard. Unit is fine now.

The second one had one of their crappy house brand power supplies installed. It failed, of course, and took out the graphics card. That unit was returned, about two months ago, and he has still not received a replacement or refund. CyberpowerPC claims to have not ever received the unit despite the fact that he has tracking information that indicates otherwise.

The iBuypowerPC unit that was brought to me had faulty SATA controllers on the motherboard. It would not recognize any drives. Different cables or headers effected no changes. Client RMA'd the motherboard. Second motherboard would not POST as the CPU fan header was damaged. He got a refund and we built him an i5-4460 based unit for four hundred dollars less than the AMD based system he purchased through iBuypowerPC.

Yeah, that's not surprising. Likely the issue with some of the builds I've run into that had failed parts as well. Pulling parts from other systems to build YOUR "new" system. How these two companies don't go bankrupt due to a class action lawsuit that should have been filed long ago, I'll never know.
