Only 5.89 GB ram usable of 8 GB

My pc keeps telling me that only 5.89 gb of my ram is usable. Ive tried everything from bios updates, switching around the ram, Trying different ram in different configs (ex. 4x2, 1x1 + 3x2, 2x1 + 2x2) Whatever i try nothing works as long as the ram is over 6 gb only 5.89gb is usable.

Here are my specs

Acer Aspire M3470G

AMD A6-3620
8GB DDR3
GTX 750 TI

Please help im at a loss right now

well in the bios it says my apu gpu is disabled and it doesn't show up in device manager so its not eating the ram. My gpu says its sharing 3gb but thats not the issue because even with just 6gb i only get 5.89 or 5.91gb usable.
