Itll work but it wont do better than low-medium on most modern titles at 1080p. 16gb of RAM is a waste, get 8gb and spend the rest on a better CPU. Dont bother with an aftermarket CPU cooler either, if you want to OC, dont on that motherboard. Save that $25 and put that towards your CPU too.
