The best EVGA gtx 970 is GTX 970 EVGA FTW+ ACX 2.0+. It is the highest clocked model so it performs the best.
P.S. I would choose an R9 390 instead of a gtx 970 but then I would change the psu to an EVGA SuperNova Nex B2.
What is your maximum budget? I figure 650-700$ from your components. I would relly add a Samsung 250gb 850 Evo ssd if you have the budget. Also, I would get windows 8.1 even if you don't like the interface (you can make it look like Windows 7 if you want with a few programs) as it performs better than 7 ( W8 is not as resource consuming as W7).

I don't like Radeon GPU's, they were always bad luck for me
i was looking at the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+, is it a good card?
Im already over my budget (1000$ for pc +monitor) so im afraid thats a no
Man, i hate anything after Windows 7, so i will stick with windows 7 for now
