This is the list i came up with for my new rig =D i think it will be better then my current rig by a long shot. Since nobody clicks links i will write down what i am purchasing.

CPU: intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor
Mobo: EVGA Micro Micro ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
CPU Cooler: Swiftech H220-X 55.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Drive 1: Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Drive 2: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU 1: Zotac GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB AMP! Extreme Video Card (2-Way SLI)
GPU 2: Zotac GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB AMP! Extreme Video Card (2-Way SLI)
Case: Corsair 350D Window MicroATX Mid Tower Case

As for the case i am still unsure if i will be okay with airflow... Especially running SLI OC cards, i plan on removing the one 140MM fan and adding 2 nice 140mm fans as i was told i can run (2) 120MM but also told i can run 140MM. Hoping that should be good for cooling. Another thing i was curious about was i was seeing people running another loop from the H220x for the GPU. If you guys recommend running another loop for the GPU's please let me know. I am not sure what items i will have to be buying to add a loop, i know i need waterblocks but not sure what else. It would be the first time messing with liquid cooling GPU. Also does anyone have any other ideas to make sure my internals stay cool on inside? Recommended fans for front? Running the fans on front without the cover on?

Thanks again in advance for feedback and advice!

Trevor

Yes you can space the gpus (since it's X99 there are enough PCIe lanes (28) on the 5820k so you can do that )but you need to use a longer SLI bridge.
The 450D is bigger than the 350D but I think it would be the better choice (altough it would lose some of that tiny beast aspect you wanted)...
People click links (at least, I do) but fort the future press the BB button on pcpartpicker and copy paste on the forum (It will give more details and you won't have to write yourself). Any particular reason for going with a micro ATX build except looks? I would pick full size for such an overclocked cards system for improved airflow and therefore temps. I don't recommend running a loop from the cpu to the gpu as warm liquid water (special kind of liquid but you get it) from the cpu would go to the gpu and it would not help temps. I think changing the 140mm front fan with two 140mm fans as you suggested would help a lot. Also removing the front fans cover would also contribute to airflow but it will also contribute to noise, so you should try both ways to find a good compromise.

Yea noise wise, i am usually okay because i wear headphones 95% of the time. As for micro atx vs a standard is i would like to put this on my desk and i prefer the small look since i have a full size now and it has to sit under my desk. So if i have a micro i should be okay with having it on the desk ! And im not sure something about a tiny rig running some awesome gear makes me happy! Also do you happen to know if i can swap the tubes out of the h220x for red tubing instead of the black they come with? If so do i just need tubing and swap or need something else?

Thanks again.

Ok, I understand, then go for it!!! Yes the tubing can be replaced if you wish to do so but I think the default black also looks nice. In terms of tubing it depends on the tubing involved (requiring custom fittings or not), but your cooler totally supports that. Read this for more details:
http://www.overclockers.com/swiftech-h220x-cpu-liquid-cooling-kit-review/

Also, with that setup you can drive a really nice 4K monitor, or 2560x1440 144hz, both with g sync.

Awesome yea i was thinking about which monitor to get... Not sure yet. I am new to 4k gaming. Although i have changed the build a little bit for example swapped out the AMP zotac cards for the Asus Strix 980 Ti cards. I feel like Asus may be a better company and it will match my build color better! Also plan on adding some nice NZXT Red LEDs and a red kink tubing line over the black H220x Tubes for a different look =D I will be ordering the setup tomorrow, just need to find a monitor and maybe new mechanical keyboard and mouse!

Ok. Here's a good webisite for comparing hardware (very good for gpu's and cpu's), but keep in mind that information about very new (yet unbechmarked) hardware or unreleased is inaccurate:
http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=3141&gid2=3044&compare=geforce-gtx-980-ti-asus-directcu-iii-oc-strix-gaming-6gb-edition-vs-geforce-gtx-980-ti-zotac-amp-extreme-6gb-edition
As you can see the Zotac version has slightly higher clocks but you can OC the Asus to the same level.
In terms of keyboard I recommend the Razer Blackwidow Chroma or Corsair Veangeance C70 and in terms of mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma or Corsair M65 mouse. Here's a list of other good choices as well: http://www.techradar.com/news/computing-components/peripherals/best-gaming-mouse-top-5-gaming-mice-reviewed-1270941

In terms of monitor:
4K g-sync 60hz: http://www.amazon.com/Acer-XB280HK-bprz-28-inch-Widescreen/dp/B00O0Z5682/?tag=amazon0606-20
1440p 144hz g-sync: http://www.amazon.com/Acer-XB270HU-bprz-27-inch-Widescreen/dp/B00UPVXDA8/?tag=amazon0606-20
There are other options as well, have a look at this link for a couple of options:
http://www.144hzmonitors.com/gaming-monitors-buyers-guide-october-2015/

In terms of 1440p 144hz and 4K 60hz both with g-sync I guess it's personal preference. I think I would pick the 4K monitor in your place as you would benefit more from that resolution (not talking about gaming here): you can watch 4K movies in the future on it (I guess two years from now when those become more available as 4K content is pretty limited and expensive right now). P.S. I still have a 60hz 1080p monitor.

Awesome man thank you for the advice and links there! Yea that is what i thought i was also told to not run such cards in SLI? Because apparently they are not the best setup? Such as saying the reference looking cards 980 ti with one fan is the proper card to Sli do you know why this is? And im not sure if you responded but was curious if i did remove the one 140MM fan for the 2 140MM quiet corsair fans do you think the cooling would improve a lot ? Thanks again

I responded to the fan replacement question and mentioned that it will improve cooling in my first post. Also, gtx 980 ti cooler closer to the reference model (blower style) is more recommended in SLI because almost all the heat from the gpu is blowed from the back of the case and not dumped back into the case. For a smaller case , maybe reference style cooler is better as it doesn't heat the rest of the computer. But the reference cards (from any company, some have slight design changes or a factory OC) are lower clocked than other types of coolers and also tend to produce more noise (the gpu itself also runs at higher temperatures). So it's up to you if you go for a reference design or the Asus Strix model. P.S. I would go for the strix if the case were a bit bigger (extra air in the case), but in your case I can't tell for sure.

Yea i understand that, i was actualy just looking at this new case, Still made by corsair it is the 450D im not sure were i can find one but it looks promising especially with the front fans! I hope it is roughly the same size dimensions. If i am not mistaken when you look at my mobo it shows 3 PCI slots can i space my GPUs so that their is a small gap between them to help with the cooling? Since i wont be using 3 PCI slots anyways?

P.S. I noticed you PSU and I suggest another one as The Corsair RM Series uses CapXxon capacitors for the secondary capacitors. That capacitors are low quality, which is a no-no, especially for a high end PSU.
So I suggest sth like an EVGA SuperNova G2 1050w:

P.S. I just got the 850w model as I am building a Skylake pc (waiting for the PSU and other components to arrive).
