Hello,
I am new to PC building and have decided to upgrade my current computer. I have assembled a list of components which seem to all be compatible with each other and also seem to be able to run games like Minecraft and team fortress two on high settings with over 60 fps. The parts are:
Graphics card - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card (2GB, GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0)
Motherboard - MSI 970 Gaming AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) ATX Motherboard
RAM - 1x 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM HyperX Fury Series
CPU - AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad-Core 3.7GHz 4MB Socket FM2+ 95W
Power Supply - EVGA 430W Power Supply Unit
Extra Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
And the case is a Dell Precison 390. I am worried that the motherboard and/or power supply may not fit in this case.
I would be extremely grateful if I could get some confirmation as to whether or not I can build this PC in this case.
I also have Windows 7 Home Edition installed on my current PC, I do not have the disk as this was a second hand PC, can anyone confirm whether or not keeping the same hard drive I have now will carry over windows 7?
Thanks
