I recently upgraded my processor from Pentium E2200 to Core 2 Quad Q8400. Which both processor have different FSB from 800 to 1333.

My motherboard model is G45M03 and it supports Core 2 Quad Processors. My question is, where i can find the FSB in BIOS? Because when i boot on my bios and check all the options, there is no title that describes the FSB. I check the "System Info" and i saw the Memory Speed in 800Mhz. Is this related to FSB or not? If related .. where i should go and change it into 1333mhz? Thank you in advance.

They coincide with memory, but your board also says it can only have up to 800MHz of memory (Memory: 2x 240-pin DDR2 DIMM slots Supports Dual Channel DDR2 800 MHz non-ECC, un-buffered memory (Max 4GB) and if you have looked in the BIOS and have not found an option related to ht-link or fsb speeds then you most like cannot.

Oh I get it now, so I need to change my motherboard that supports 1333mhz RAM which it is a DDR3 one?

And one more thing, does changing my old processor to my current processor still have many changes? Like the performance? Disregarding the FSB Speed?

Yes if you want to game you need to upgrade to at least 1333MHz, most are at 1600MHz 8GB for the best stability.

Also yes your new processor has some improvements but not anything too significant in regards to gaming.
