I have been looking everywhere for a solution for this, i have had very high memory usage for sometime and it has even started to cause crashes and screen flickering when it reaches about 90% memory usage of 8gb . when i close down everything nonessential and when i boot something is using about 30% of my memory as seen here: https://gyazo.com/bb849ba7caaf01d1fa6a6650e8f89f86
i have updated from windows 10 from 8 in the last hour to see if this fixes the problem. it has not.
