yes at med-high, and 30 fps in AAA titles like gta 5 and witcher 3, of course if you overclock it you will get much more improved fps, this competes with ps4 (which runs at 900p and med-high settings at 30fps)
Ditch the ssd as it doesn't affect the gaming performance. Instead invest in a core i3 and gtx 950. That will let you play most games at around 40-45 gps on med to high settings. A core i3 performs just as well as a Pentium and has a lower tdp. The gtx 900 series also has a lower tdp so you don't need a 500w PSU and you should instead get a 430w PSU and use the money for the processor and graphics card.
