I have 10 GB of ram but im getting 40-50 fps on CSGO whats going on?

I have recently got a new computer with 10GB of RAM on but with the lowest settings and lowest Resolution i get 50 fps? Help

In order to play VIDEO games, you need a VIDEO card installed. The included 'video' built into the CPU is to make it that the computer can be 'seen' on the screen for 'just typing a letter / website / email' than having to fork over Hundred+ for video card ON TOP OF the price of the PC "'just typing a letter / website / email'"
