Far Cry 4 Crashing after every 15 minutes

I bought new gpu and psu

Gup : Asus gtx 750ti oc
Psu : Corsair vs450w

Cpu : core 2 quad q8200 2.33ghz
ram : 4gb ddr3

I'm playing game on 1600x900 with very high settings with an impressive fps of 40 + most of the time.
I'm on the starting stage where ajay left alone when the driver dead and he need to reach tower in this stage game crash sometime after 10 min 5 min or after 15 min :\

I'm using latest patch too

What's wrong ?

I don't think so cause before gtx 750ti i were using r7 240 ddr5 with no problem on the same game

dude... infact u can play it in GT 630.. but u need a processor which have good GHZ.. ur's is 2.33...minimum req for Far Cry 4 is 2.6....
thats why
