my build
Fx6300
R9 270x
XFX 550w
As rock 970 performance
G.Skills ripjaws 8gb
im just trying to lower the power consumption while having the best performance

Power reduction and best performance are opposite goals.
To improve power efficiency: don't overclock, use the cool and quiet features, don't run 3D applications, don't run games, etc.
All of those are opposite of what is usually considered best performance.
