Okay.Not sure about this,but if I install a new CPU in the same MB I'm using now,do I have to re-install Windows ?

no, you will need to either ( or maybe both ) reset cmos then go into bios and load optimized defaults

Okay.I didn't think I would.I have backups anyway,but I didn't want Windows 10 giving me a hassle about new hardware.I guess that's only if I re-install on a new MB.

Yes it can.I've been doing a lot of upgrades though with a new GPU,SSD and PSU and Windows 10 is a champ.So far.Now I'm getting a new CPU,so I have backed up everything just in case it takes a dump.
