I have 2, 256gb 850 pro ssd's in raid 0, and I also have a 500gb samsung 840 evo I WOULD LOVE TO USE OUTSIDE OF RAID 0. I want to use this as a separate hard drive all together, but I cannot get the computer to recognize it outside of the bios as a storage option.

I have a gigabyte z87 mobo and windows 10. When i enter the bios, which is set up in RAID, recognizes all 3 hard drives in the boot menu, but does not identify the samsung 840 evo, 500 gb drive as a storage option in "My PC".

Could really use some help, Ive been trying to troubleshoot this for months in my spare time.

I have an external usb 3.0 sata power and data cable that I can connect to my laptop, but it was not recognized, so i tried my 256 gb drives which i know work, and those weren't recongized as storage devices either with my usb hub. so I just figure that cable is faulty.
