Help me choose Graphic Card

Having searched around on forums about Graphics Cards to Dell optiplex 790 sff.. Unfortunately, I am confused what to use and not.. So my question is: Would my computer handle the Sapphire Radeon HD6450 HDMI 1GB DDR3 Heatsink HDMI 1GB? Or are there any other choices you recommend?

Unfortunately, that SFF PC only has a 240W PSU with a +12V rail rated for 17A. Pretty weak to try adding a discrete card. But the HD 6450 is only a 31W card. That should only present a 2.6A load to the PSU, and should be fine.
But to get the best gaming performance w/o overtaxing that little PSU, I'd suggest the 25W GT 730 low profile card. But be sure to get the 64 bit, DDR5 version. And be sure to check that the single slot card doesn't extend its width too far to squeeze in the confined space you have available. Some cards' cooling shroud bulge out quite a bit and make the card a bit wide.

It will have to be single-slot. Low profile. Here's a guy that managed to squeeze 2 x HD-6570 cards in his Optiplex 790 SFF: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkddkRK7SFg
But I doubt his PSU lasted very long. He put one in the x16 slot and one in the x4 slot.

Let me correct something I may have miss-stated above. When I said the card had to be single-slot, I was wrong. The fellow in the video above has 2 single-slot cards side-by-side with no issues. So if you wanted to use a single 2-slot card you could. However, I doubt there are any that would be safe to use with your PSU.

Hi. I ordered the MSI GeForce GT 730 OC 1GB GDDR5 HDMI. Must point out that I do not play games on my computer. Only World of Tanks. All other games I play on Xbox One.

Hey! Talk about co-incidences... I am now the owner of a Optiplex 790 SFF myself. Long boring story as to how I ended up with it, so I wont bore you with that. But I am doing the Win7 updates right now. i5-2400/250GB HDD. I have a low profile GTX 750 Ti sitting around unused. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5160#ov
I may throw caution to the wind and try that card. I won't recommend the same for you, tho. One does something like that at one's own risk.
