Hello everyone, i want to ask what is the best gpu you can buy for intel pentium g620? I have a 450 psu ( ATX450). Appreciate all of your answers

No the storage of an SSD does not matter , in terms of speed you should look for read and write speeds on the sites you're looking to buy it. Faster read speeds will help booting , running programs , loading them and the write speed will help when you're moving different files.
Adding 4 GB's of RAM will slightly improve your computer/gaming performance by a small margin.

You can find 64 GBs SSD's , but you should buy a 128 GB one.

I think its 450w it said on it ATX 450
Would a 750ti bottleneck it?

Buying an SSD would drastically increase your computer's overall performance. It will boot faster, run programs faster, load things faster. Although a SSD won't improve gaming performance , but it will improve your Overall computer performance significantly.

1.Does storage matter in making computer faster when in comes to ssd? Like does a 128gb ssd faster than smaller ones for example?
2.What is the smallest storage of a ssd could i buy?
3.Will adding extra 4gb ram make computer/games significanly faster? I have 4gb as of right now
