I have a question. I have a Msi H97 Gaming 3 motherboard and I want to use My Gskill Ripjaws 1866Mhz (4GBx2) CL9 Memory on this motherboard. Can it works with full performance?

My CPU is Intel i5 4590. Please help me. I bought these things so I can't change.

I think it will works because that motherboard and memory have XMP support both of them. Can I use XMP for full performance. Can it works?

Thanks for your answers.

Thing is your motherboard only supports up to 1600 and the same with your CPU. So I doubt they've programmed for running sticks at 1866 via XMP. Having said that, there is a chance that they could work, you'd have have the latest version of your BIOS, enable XMP and fiddle with the voltages. But I must say that there is a strong chance that this will not work and you'll have issues, whether or not you want to try this is up to you. I'd go with 1600 sticks and adjust the timings if anything
