Which of these SETUPs would be worth the most in price/performance?

So first i got this:
SETUP 1
Motherboard - ASUS M5A97 (83€)
Ram - Kingston PC3-14900 8192MB 1866MHz (51€)
Harddrive - West. Digital WD10EZEX (57€)
GPU - Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X (189€)
CPU - AMD FX™ 6300 (115€)
PSU - Antec VP600P EC 600W 80+ (59€)

TOTAL: (554€)

But the again the FX 6300 isn't that good unless you overclock it...But well i don't know how to overclock.

So then i thought about this setup:
SETUP 2
Motherboard - ASRock H97 Pro4 (91€)
Ram - Kingston HyperX Fury 8192MB 1600MHz (51€)
Harddrive - West. Digital WD10EZEX (57€)
GPU - Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X (189€)
CPU - i5 4460 (190€)
PSU - Antec VP600P EC 600W 80+ (59€)

TOTAL: (637€)

But then I though i'd go for a better GPU.

Then i thought about this setup:
SETUP 3
Motherboard - ASRock H97 Pro4 (91€)
Ram - Kingston HyperX Fury 8192MB 1600MHz (51€)
Harddrive - West. Digital WD10EZEX (57€)
GPU - Gigabyte R9 380 4096MB (248€)
CPU - i5 4460 (190€)
PSU - Antec VP600P EC 600W 80+ (59€)

TOTAL: (696€)

So which one would be the best for its price/performance. SETUP 1, SETUP 2 or SETUP 3?

SETUP 2. According to this review, the R9 380 isn't much faster than the R9 280: http://www.legitreviews.com/sapphire-nitro-r9-390-8gb-nitro-r9-380-4gb-video-card-review_166123/6 SETUP 1 requires an aftermarket cooler to overclock the CPU, but it's performance will never match SETUP 2.

^ whs - the 380 isn't worth €60 more than a 280- theres about 5% performance difference.

What about the 6300 build with a 290/390 or 970?

So the 6300 setup with a 290 + an aftermarket cooler would equate to the same price roughly as setup 3??

The 290 is a fair bit more powerful than a 280 or 380 but maybe not €130 worth.
That 280 is in all honesty a good price for a still decent performing GPU.

If the OP wants a 290, then he should spend an extra 70€ and seriously consider the SETUP 2 Intel based solution.
