Each product varies in style performance and price but they are good recommendations for what your tryin to do
as for mobos depending on size you only...
a good pc used mainly for developing should only cost about 500$ in parts. you wont have to go expensive with GPUs and a dual core processor will probably be enough but you should still use 8gb of ram and the clock speed should be atl east 3.2

Hey, know that i've learned that developing need much power, it wobt be cheap, but thats okay, i already have a case and everything, but i only need a Mobo, GPU, CPU, and the ram can be upgraded to 16gb easily, here are the unreal engine specs.

I have one more question, which cpu and graphic is stronger, i dont care fr the price, if AMD is stronger, Intel is soo greedy, im a geek but i dont know anything about hardware

well i currently use AMD. the only real difference between AMD and Intel is that Intel can carry out more instructions at the same core clock. but i think, in terms of quality and core focus amd is better.
and its smart to but a Radeon Card if your using and amd processor because the work really well together compared to nvidia and amd or radeon and intel.this is mainly because most amd cpus come with graphics capabilities so they can buddy up. if you still need further advice you can look it up

will this graphics card work for the amd cpu you listed?
