hi everyone
i have been having an issue with my pc not turning on from the button. i alsways have to play with the psu lead to make it switch on. at first i thought it was a case button fault so bought a new case. however im still having the same problem. i had advice saying it was the mobo so switched out my old one for a new one and still having the same issue . only thing that hasnt been changed is my psu
specs are i7 5820k
gtx980ti ref design with waterblock
seasonic 1050w snow silent psu
msi sli plus x99 mobo
any advice would be appreciated
thanks in advance

That's got to be top of the list of possible culprits then, in view of what's you've already replaced, wouldn't you agree?

Unusual for a Seasonic though to start giving problems after only 6 months, but it can't be ruled out just because it's a top brand. Should be still under warranty anyway.

Any way you can borrow one to test for consistent powering on for a few days before you get an RMA on your Seasonic?
